Refugees from South Sudan

Last week I travelled up to the Ugandan border with South Sudan to document refugee related projects. Newly sparked violence between government and opposition in the young country has forced many, especially women and children, out of the country over the border into Uganda, where they are received in refugee camps. In the photo a woman and her daugher, who had arrived the previous day, are preparing to have a family meal.
